Do I have to sign any type of a service contract?
NO, there is no binding contract. We do require you to agree to our Terms of Service, which gives us permission to enter and service your property. You may cancel or postpone your service at any time. You simply need to provide notice within 24 hours of the start of your next service day.



Can my dog be outside while you are servicing the property?
In most cases, YES! We love dogs! However, if your dog is aggressive or prone to flee the property, he / she will need to be placed away from the service area on the designated service day.



What if it’s raining?
We work in most weather conditions. However, if due to extreme weather conditions, we are unable to provide service, we will attempt to provide your service within the next two days. In the rare event your property is not serviced, your account will be credited for the day’s service and taken into account in the next billing cycle.



Do you service on holidays?
The days we do not work are New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. If your service falls on one of these days we will clean your yard either directly before or after the holiday.



What happens to the pet waste? We simply bag it and place it in your outside trash can, unless you have opted for our haul away service. In which case, it will be properly disposed of in the trash can at our facility.



Can I cancel or postpone my service at any time?
You can terminate or postpone the service at any time, provided that we receive notice within 24 hours of the start of your designated service day. There is no binding contract.



Does my gate need to be unlocked?
No. You may provide us with a gate key or combination if that is more convenient for you. However, if our staff is not allowed access to your property on the designated service day, the service will be recorded as completed and is deemed chargeable.

How am I billed for your service?
Your payment is due when service starts. We mail / email invoices on the 20th of every month. These invoices reflect the amount due for the upcoming service month. Payments are due by the 1st of the month to avoid any interruption of service. We currently offer two methods of payment; credit / debit card or checks. We now offer recurring billing.

Do you charge extra for the first time service?
If a significant amount of waste has accumulated, there is an extra fee. However, this fee is usually waved for first-time-customers.

Do you offer one-time service calls?
Yes. This is a popular option with property managers and realtors.

Why should I be concerned about cleaning up after my dog?
Dog waste contains many harmful toxins and is responsible for transmitting such diseases as Campylobacteriosis, Salmonellosis, and Toxocarisis. All of which, are transferable to humans.
